My order of the low calories fruit drink from Gmarket arrived yesterday and I couldnt wait to tear open one packet to try!

I bought the Passion fruit flavour and quickly pour some iced water to mix the content. How does it taste like? Hmmm... like guava juice... diluted version of guava juice with some pulps. There is some seeds like pulps that you can chew on. The taste isnt that bad. Perhaps need to add ice which i didnt.
I'm not sure if i will continue drinking this everyday because it doesnt taste that good to drink everyday. or perhaps it's only this flavoour. But once on alternate days should be fine to replace it with a proper meal like dinner. Given that it is only 11.5kcal per packet, I think even if you dont eat rice but just veg and meat, you should feel full after drinking this. There are instructions telling you to drink more water when taking this replacement. Guess that is how you will feel full.
Then again if your eating habit is like mine, must munch something, then you really need lots of discipline to slim down! haha...

I took a packet this morning to try the taste again. One word of advice is that you would be better to drink the beverage at one time and not let it settle for a while. Because I noticed it turns to gluey / starchy beverage after a while, and the taste is not that nice because imagine drinking starchy beverage?? So now it explains why the drink will make you feel full...
